Domestic USA Shipping We use FedEx Priority Overnight exclusively. Animals are packaged in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs depending on the season and species. Most animals are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
International Shipping We use IATA-compliant shipping containers and partner with licensed wildlife transport specialists for international orders. All required CITES permits and health certificates are obtained before shipment.
Packaging Each animal is placed in a breathable, secure container within an insulated box. Live plants or heat packs maintain temperature. The outer box is clearly labeled as a live animal shipment.
