A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve an animal. The balance must be paid in full prior to shipment. All sales are final once the animal has shipped.
We guarantee live arrival on all animals. In the event of a DOA (dead on arrival), you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will replace the animal or issue a full refund at our discretion.
The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the purchase, import, and ownership of any animal is legal in their jurisdiction. Exotic Haven is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the buyer's failure to comply with local laws.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We use FedEx Priority Overnight for domestic USA orders and IATA-compliant shipping for international orders. Weather holds, FedEx delays and force majeure events are beyond our control and do not void our live arrival guarantee unless the delay is caused by an act of the shipping carrier.
