📦 What to Do When Your Animal Arrives

  1. Be home or arrange someone to receive — animals cannot be left in extreme heat or cold.
  2. Open the box carefully with scissors — never a knife near the container.
  3. Place the animal in its pre-set-up enclosure immediately.
  4. Leave the animal alone for 48-72 hours to acclimate — no handling, no feeding.
  5. Contact us within 2 hours if there are any issues — photograph any concerns immediately.

💰 Deposit & Payment Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your animal. The balance is due before shipping. We accept Bank Transfer, Zelle, PayPal, Bitcoin, and Cash App.
